Your Uniform Essentials

  • Short or long-sleeve uniform shirt with AIR Communities patch

  • Uniform Flexfit pants or shorts

  • AIR Communities Service name badge

  • Belt (Optional) with refined belt buckle

  • Jewelry (Optional)- Must be appropriate and professional for the work environment and not create a safety hazard for the teammates or others

Your Dress Code Essentials

  • Blazer or sport coat- Subtle patterns such as tweed are acceptable. Bright neon or flashy colors are not acceptable.

  • Dress shirt or blouse

  • AIR Communities Office name badge

  • Tailored full-length pants - dark denim, black, or neutral colors (hole and rip-free; no fray at the ankles)

  • Belt (Optional) with refined belt buckle

  • Closed-toe shoes: loafers, flats, boots, or low-profile lifestyle sneakers (think Adidas Sambas, Vejas Esplars, Nike Field, etc.)  

  • Jewelry (Optional)- Must be appropriate and professional for the work environment and not create a safety hazard for the teammates or others

What Not To Wear

To maintain a polished and professional appearance, the following items are not considered appropriate workplace attire:

  • Tank tops, halter tops, midriff or crop tops, off-the-shoulder styles, and other overly casual or revealing tops

  • Shirts with offensive language, graphics, logos, slogans, or imagery

  • Sweatshirts or graphic T-shirts unless layered beneath an approved blouse, shirt, jacket, or blazer

  • Light wash, distressed, ripped, or faded denim

  • Brightly colored athletic shoes, flip-flops, slippers, or other casual footwear

  • Skirts and dresses of any style or length

  • Open-toe or open-heel shoes
